I am a current Slicehost customer and would love to one day migrate off Linux to the Xserve. Definitely keep me as a customer that way.

I am considering Slicehost right now for a ruby on rails site. Please do this. It would be awesome to be able to host iCal, iChat, servers and have offsite Time Machine backups, and a lot more Mac OS X goodness.

I would happily migrate from Ubuntu to a virtual Xserve.

Oh yeah… This would be awesome! Of course, the thread is a bit old, so I imagine it’s not exactly alive… Perhaps reviving it would be in order?

I wonder what is the monthly price for this server, and what user interface does it use, is it a classic Cpanel or Direct admin?

How did it go with this? Will there by any Xserve hosting?
@Alfred, It would probably be administered with Apples own set of tools. Cpanel and/or Direct Admin can’t even being to trying and compete with those tools developed by Apple.

100% chance this is not going to happen.
