Whoops

We just sent an email to a batch of customers requesting address and phone number updates and did not BCC. It was a misclicked paste, we truly apologize for this, since privacy is one of our personal pet peeves. Please contact us if that has caused you any trouble.

  1. To prevent such things from happening you might want to set up a simple mail form for customer management that would make it harder to accidentally not BCC. Could prevent things like that from happening.

  2. Eric you’re right, we normally do use a ‘mail all customers’ form we have internally. But this was a special case and we were doing it piecemeal.
