Slicehost iPhone app
The free version of Mike Mayo’s Slicehost iPhone app has finally been approved by Apple and is available now at the App Store. The $1.99 Pro version has been out since late December and allows you manage multiple accounts via the API. There’s been a great response to the app, check it out and let Mike know what you think.

The Slicehost iPhone app is excellent! Just be sure to email yourself a link to your API key so you don’t have to type it in manually: slicehost://your-api-key or slicehostpro://your-api-key for the paid version. Just open it on your phone after you have the app installed.
Thanks guys!

Are there any plans to include API methods for the data that can be found on the Diagnostics or stats pages?
It would be really cool to be able to monitor them from that app. (Actually i wondered why the app didn’t have them and as such found out the API doesn’t support that yet)

Does this app no longer work? It just crashes for me when I tap a slicehost://apikey link.. iPhone 3GS.

Adam, something apparently changed in 3.0. For now, until I fix it, be sure to enter a label for each API key you use.

Yep, I get the network connection error too. Simply can’t get this app to work.

Sorry, I was wrong with my last post – I can get it to work via manual entry in the system prefs – just not via a link clicking mechanism. App works fine and dandy once configured!
