Slicehost for Android
Hot on the heels of the Slicehost iPhone news, Mike Mayo announced Slicehost for Android today. It’s available now at the Android Market, check it out and let us know what you think!

Great timing since I just got my G1 last weekend. You know what would be sweet? If I could dynamically update my DNS with my G1’s IP address via the slicehost api. I’m not sure I’d have any use for it, but it’s the kind of useless thing would make me smile.

I’m glad you guys are embracing mobile! I would have one suggestion to make the Android application easier to setup:
The API key is a 64 digit long hex value. Put it in a text input field so Android users (and hopefully iPhone users in 3.0) can copy/paste it into the application.

I have several clients who own their own slices but, have granted me admin.
This tool is a total tease to me because I can’t use it to manage multiple accounts. :(
Frankly, I would be totally satisfied if manage.slicehost.com/mob simply allowed you to switch accounts, but no luck there either.

I second the request for stats and diagnostics. Otherwise, great app.
